Thanks to your support over the years, we are celebrating our 20th year as an all American made Christmas Shop and Website, www.ChristmasSpiritShop.com. We also want to express our appreciation for our American Artists, who are able to use their talents in handcrafting the unique variety of products we offer you. Your support of our shop allows them to work at something they love to do. In previous Newsletters, you’ve met a handful of the over 100 artists who supply our shop and we will introduce you to more in the coming years.
Many of our customers have been coming to our shop every year since 1990, when we opened for business. Our 1st location was in Trenton, Maine, in a small roadside mall between Ellsworth and Bar Harbor. In 1995, we moved to our bigger shop and 3 story headquarters in Bar Harbor, Maine. In 1998, we started our Website, and now have a selection of thousands of American made ornaments, with many made right here in Maine and New England.
Each November, our Retail Shop at 80 Main St. in Bar Harbor, turns into Santa’s Workshop. Although we are still open to the public, we replace some of the displays with racks to hold the thousands of Web orders we receive this time of year. We thought you might enjoy meeting some of Santa’s elves, who help us deliver your orders for Christmas.
